connection is secure and uses 128 bit encryption.
It only
allows connections using the id and passwords
that are created by you. The full install version is useful
for
doing remote virus cleanup and PC Tuneups as it allows me to reboot
your computer as many times as I need.

as a self contained program. Also this is
not a service that resides on your computer. It is a program
that you download to your computer and run only when you need
assistance. This is useful if I need to have a quick look
